Unless your order arrived damaged, all shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a shipping method that provides a tracking number and confirmation of delivery when sending returns to Mr Carts.
Mr Carts is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by shipping carriers.
A 50% restocking fee will be incurred on returns made for reasons other than damage or defect.
Unauthorized returns will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

These are Manufacturer one year limited warranty only.
Damaged or defective items should be reported to Customer Service within 5 business days of receipt of the package. Do not ship damaged products back to Mr Carts, unless requested to do so. A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s) free of charge. Mr Carts cannot honor claims for damaged/defective merchandise after 5 business days of customer receipt.
While we try to be as accurate as possible, we will occasionally make a mistake in fulfilling orders. If items are missing from your order, please contact Customer Service within 5 business days of receipt of the package to be issued a credit or to be shipped correct item(s) free of charge. Mr Carts cannot honor claims for missing merchandise after 5 business days of customer receipt.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Mr Carts cannot process merchandise returns for an exchange of merchandise. Please follow the steps listed under returns and log back onto our website to purchase items under a new transaction.
To cancel an order, please contact customer service. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accomodate your request. Please note that if the order has shipped, Mr Carts cannot authorize a cancelation. In this case, please follow the steps above under Returns.
Custom and Bulk orders
Items may not be returned or exchanged unless damaged. If you receive damaged personalized or bulk items, please contact Mr Carts customer service within 5 business days of receipt. Mr Carts cannot honor claims for damaged/defective personalized or bulk merchandise after 5 business days of customer receipt.
