PRIVACY POLICY RETURNS AND REFUNDS SHIPPING WARRANTY INFO

To make sure that you are ordering the proper parts for your golfcart please contact us via email or phone.   
 
 If you have any questions about the part you are about to order call us.
 
 Mr Carts will personally answer your questions about the part you are interested in purchasing, making sure that you are ordering the proper part for your golfcart.
 
 We only ship via Ground shipping to the 48 states. We use UPS or FedEx.
 
If you Live in Alaska or Hawaii we ship with USPS. Please call or email for shipping cost to Alaska or Hawaii.
 
 
 
Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable.
 

Returns and Refunds

Satisfaction Guaranteed
Mr Carts guarantees the quality and individuality of all products. As a result of the handcrafted nature of our products, many items will vary slightly in color and/or size. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 business days by contacting Mr Carts customer service.

Returns
All returns must first be authorized by Mr Carts.
  Contact Mr Carts to obtain a Return Code and reference your order number.  Returns are accepted within 10 business days of the date that you received your order for full refund. After receiving a return code, products should be mailed back to Mr Carts in their original condition and with all original packaging and tags intact. Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.  All returns after 10 business days from  the date that you received your order a refund will be issued in Store credit.

Unless your order arrived damaged, all shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.  Please use a shipping method that provides a tracking number and confirmation of delivery when sending returns to Mr Carts. 
 
 Mr Carts is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by shipping carriers.
 
 A 50% restocking fee will be incurred on returns made for reasons other than damage or defect.
 
Unauthorized returns will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
 
SERVICE AND PARTS MANUAL ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
 
NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS.
 
NO RETURNS ON 16Hp Engine & CTV Clutch.
These are Manufacturer one year limited warranty only.

Damaged Items

Damaged or defective items should be reported to Customer Service within 5 business days of receipt of the package.  Do not ship damaged products back to Mr Carts, unless requested to do so.  A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s) free of charge.  Mr Carts cannot honor claims for damaged/defective merchandise after 5 business days of customer receipt.


Missing Items
While we try to be as accurate as possible, we will occasionally make a mistake in fulfilling orders.  If items are missing from your order, please contact Customer Service within 5 business days of receipt of the package to be issued a credit or to be shipped correct item(s) free of charge.  Mr Carts cannot honor claims for missing merchandise after 5 business days of customer receipt.


Exchanges and Cancellations
Mr Carts cannot process merchandise returns for an exchange of merchandise.  Please follow the steps listed under returns and log back onto our website to purchase items under a new transaction.

To cancel an order, please contact customer service.  If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accomodate your request.  Please note that if the order has shipped, Mr Carts cannot authorize a cancelation.  In this case, please follow the steps above under Returns.


Custom and Bulk orders
Items may not be returned or exchanged unless damaged.  If you receive damaged personalized or bulk items, please contact Mr Carts customer service within 5 business days of receipt.  Mr Carts cannot honor claims for damaged/defective personalized or bulk merchandise after 5 business days of customer receipt.
